Graduating from Penn State University in 1998 with a Civil Engineering degree, I have always had my sights set on being the best at all that I do. From being the captain of the PSU wrestling team, to owning Central PA’s largest team of Realtors, I am continuously looking for ways to grow each of my businesses.
A few of my accomplishments include, building over 150 homes since 1998, currently owning 285 doors of residential investment properties, and being the owner of a 224 unit mobile home park named Creek View 55+ Community. In 2017 – 2018, along with my construction crew, we flipped 84 homes.
My business thrives, not only because of my determination, but because of the crews that help me make it all happen. On staff, I employ 15 contractors of various skilled trades, as well as numerous subcontractors, that all help me complete repairs and remodeling. I also have 7 office staff that help to oversee the purchase of all properties, as well as maintaining and bookkeeping, and a team of 19 full time real estate professionals and staff, that help to market and sell properties.
